money for any purpose (including education), and obtain health care 
without parental consent. 

The Petitioner is not considered an adult for purposes of the criminal 
laws of the state or for specific constitutional or statutory age 
requirements regarding voting, use of alcoholic beverages, possession 
of tobacco or firearms, and other health and safety regulations relevant 
to the minor because of the minor’s age. 

This Order of Emancipation terminates parental responsibilities from 
this date forward. This Order of Emancipation does not terminate 
parental responsibilities that accrued before the date of this order.
