ER CURIAM 

AND NOW, this 15th day of November, 2021, this Court entered an interim order 

dated October 28, 2021, partially granting President Judge Patrick F. Dugan’s Request 

“to  Authorize  the  Continuation  of  the  Philadelphia  Municipal  Court  Landlord-Tenant 

Diversion Program” through November 30, 2021, while allowing interested entities and 

individuals  to  file  responses  to  that  application.    Having  completed  our  review  of  the 

matter,  it  is  hereby  ORDERED  that  the  President  Judge’s  authority  relative  to  the 

Landlord-Tenant Diversion Program is extended through December 31, 2021, subject to 

continued, adequate funding in the Emergency Rental Assistance Program.     

Justice Mundy files a dissenting statement in which Justice Donohue joins.
