President Judge Administrative Order
In re: Postponement of Philadelphia Sheriff’s Tax Sales Scheduled in
May and June 2020
AND NOW, this 2nd day of April, 2020, in light of the Judicial Emergency declared by
this Court (Administrative Docket Nos. 9, 10, and extended at No. 24), and the Judicial Emergency
Orders issued by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on March 16th and March 18th, and April 1,
2020, the Philadelphia Sheriff’s Tax Sales scheduled are POSTPONED as follows:
Sheriff Tax Sales scheduled May 7, 2020 are postponed to July 9, 2020;
Sheriff Tax Sales scheduled May 13, 2020 are postponed to July 15, 2020;
Sheriff Tax Sales scheduled May 26, 2020 are postponed to July 21, 2020;
Sheriff Tales Sales scheduled May 28, 2020 are postponed to July 23, 2020.
No new notice shall be required, as provided in Pa.R.C.P. No. 3129.3. No further costs.
