NOTICE TO DEFENDANT
Orders  issued  are  pursuant  to  the  Protection  from  Abuse  Act,  23
Pa.C.S.  §  6101  et  seq.    Failure  to  comply  with  these  orders  may
result  in  a  finding  of  Criminal  Contempt  pursuant  to 42  Pa.C.S.  §
4137.    This  offense  is  punishable  by  a  fine  and/or  imprisonment.
These orders expire at the end of the next business day the Court of
Common  Pleas  deems  itself  available.    These  orders  will  be
immediately  certified  to  the  Court  of  Common  Pleas,  which  has  the
effect  of  commencing  proceedings  against  you  under  the  above
mentioned Act.

maltretowaniem  (Protection  from  Abuse  Act),  23  Pa.C.S.  §  6101
i nast.  Niepodjęcie  nakazanych  czynności  może  skutkować
orzeczeniem  o  obrazie  sądu zgodnie  z 42  Pa.C.S.  §  4137.
Wykroczenie  to  podlega  karze grzywny i więzienia. Postanowienie
wygasa z  upływem kolejnego dnia roboczego po dacie wskazanej
jako termin  rozpatrzenia sprawy przez  Sąd  Powszechny. Niniejsze
postanowienie  zostaje  niezwłoczne  poświadczone przed Sądem
Powszechnym,  co  skutkuje  wszczęciem  postępowania  przeciwko
Pozwanemu w trybie powołanej ustawy.
