ORDER OF COURT

AND NOW,

this

of June, 2020, the Superior Court had

previously declared a judicial emergency in response to the COVID-1 9

pandemic and permiffed President Judges to establish reasonable

procedures and policies, IT IS THE ORDER OF COURT as follows:

The Clerk of Courts shall have the authority to re-issue any

marriage license issued from February 1, 2020 to June 1, 2020 that was

affected by the COVI D-1 9 pandemic.

2.

The Clerk of Courts shall

re-issue said marriage licenses

without any further fee to the parties requesting the re-issuance of said

marriage license.
