ORDER 
 

AND NOW, this 25th day of March, 2020, in light of the Judicial 
Emergency declared by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on March 16th and 
March 18th, Judicial Administration Docket Nos. 531, et seq., and the President 
Judge Fox’s Administrative Order No. 09 of 2020, declaring a Judicial Emergency 
in the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania pursuant to Pennsylvania Rule of 
Judicial Administration 1952(B),  

It is ORDERED and DECREED that all Accounts and cases scheduled for 
the Orphans’ Court’s Audit Lists on April 6, 2020 are hereby POSTPONED and 
shall be CONTINUED to the Audit Lists of the respective Orphans’ Court Judges 
scheduled for May 4, 2020, or until otherwise ordered.
