AND NOW,  this  16t day  of April,  2020,  in  accord  with the  Order of the giiprge  Couit of 

Pennsylvania dated April  1,  2020 and its prior Orders of March 18, 2020 and March 16, 2020 as well as 

this  Court's Emergency  Judicial  Order dated March  17,  2020,  and the  Amended  Emergency Judicial 

Order dated March  31, 2020,  IT IS  HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED, that  the 

judicial emergency declared for the Sixth Judicial District of the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County, 

Pennsylvania  shall be extended through May 31, 2020  due to the  COVID-19  pandemic.  All terms and 

conditions  previously  set forth  in the  Emergency  Judicial Orders  issued  by  this  Court will  remain  in
