ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
AND NOW,
this 31st day of March, 2020,
this Court’s previous
Administrative Orders, numbers 2020-AD-5, 2020-AD-6, 2020-AD-7 and civil
docket number 2020-1220, are hereby extended through April 17, 2020
subject to further Order of Court.
In addition thereto, the Court hereby
amends Administrative Order No. 2020-AD-5. The Court is adding a new
category of essential cases as follows:
1.
Guilty pleas for non-jail cases.
In connection thereto the
Court is aware of a back log of cases which are ready to be
pled Given the Court’s concern for social distancing and the
Court’s desire to avoid Court sessions affended by a large
volume of people, even after the peak of the coronavirus
crisis has passed, pleas will be heard on a scheduled basis,
