exercising emergency powers pursuant

to Rule

1952(B)(2) and in

accordance with

this

authorization

and

this Court’s

previous

Administrative Orders of May 29, 2020,

the Amended Order of June 1,

2020, the Order of July 1, 2020, and the Order of August 5, 2020,

IT IS THE

ORDER OF COURT as follows:

1.

The Mercer County Court of Common Pleas will continue to•

exercise said emergency powers and this Court’s previous Order shall

remain effective through September 30, 2021, unless extended under

further Order of Court,
