ORDER OF COURT 

AND  NOW  this  29th  day  of  January  2021,  it  is  hereby  ORDERED, 
ADJUDGED  AND  DECREED  that  the  Temporary  Amendment  to  the  Fifth 
Judicial  District  Emergency  Operations  Plan  Order  entered  on  January  26, 
2021 is further amended with the following two additional paragraphs.  
 

  In the Criminal Division, sentencing hearings, and pleas, where there is 
a  likelihood  that  an  immediate  sentence  of  imprisonment  will  be 
imposed, may proceed as scheduled in person with as many participants 
other  than  the  defendant  appearing  by  ACT  as  possible,  including 
witnesses and attorneys.  
 

  No jury trials, non-jury trials, or other proceedings which require the in-
person  testimony  of  out-of-state  witnesses  shall  take  place  in  the 
Criminal Division during the month of February.
