  Written Allegation not approved by prosecution.  
  The petition was dismissed by the court. 
  Six months have elapsed since the final discharge of 
the juvenile from supervision under a consent decree 
and no proceeding seeking adjudication or conviction is 
pending. 

  Six months have elapsed since the final discharge of 
the juvenile from supervision under informal adjustment 
and no proceeding seeking adjudication or conviction is 
pending. 

  The juvenile has been discharged from court 
supervision pursuant to Rule 631 and five years have 
elapsed, the juvenile has not been convicted or 
adjudicated delinquent for a felony or misdemeanor, no 
court proceeding is pending seeking such conviction or 
adjudication and the delinquent act is not an act 
precluded from expungement pursuant to18 Pa. C.S. 
§9123(a.1). 
  The attorney for the Commonwealth consents to the 
expungement. 

  La fiscalía no aprobó los argumentos por escrito.

  Transcurrieron seis meses desde la finalización de la 
supervisión del menor conforme el auto de suspensión 
condicional del proceso y no hay proceso pendiente 
alguno por el cual se pretenda la atribución de 
responsabilidad ni condena. 
  Transcurrieron seis meses desde la finalización de la 
supervisión del menor por acuerdo extrajudicial entre las 
partes y no hay proceso pendiente alguno por el cual se 
pretenda la declaración de culpabilidad ni condena. 

  Finalizó la supervisión judicial del menor según lo 
establecido en la Norma 631 y transcurrieron cinco 
años, el menor no ha sido condenado ni declarado 
culpable de ningún delito grave ni delito menor, no hay 
proceso pendiente alguno por el cual se pretenda dicha 
condena ni declaración y el hecho delictivo no figura 
entre los antecedentes no susceptibles de cancelación 
enumerados en 18 Pa. C.S. §9123(a.1). 
  La fiscalía del Estado acepta la cancelación de 
antecedentes.
