In re: Preliminary Arraignments – Public Access
ORDER
AND NOW, this 9th day of June, 2020, it is hereby ORDERED and DECREED that
effective immediately, and until further order of court, the Sheriff for the City and County of
Philadelphia shall permit the general public to attend preliminary arraignments conducted by
judges and arraignment court magistrates in Courtroom B-08. Admission to the general public is
limited to the posted number of seats allocated to the public in Courtroom B-08 in accordance
