A defendant who enters a plea of guilty under Pa. R. Crim. P. 550
may, within thirty (30) days after sentence, change the plea to not
guilty by so notifying the issuing authority in writing. In such event,
the issuing authority shall vacate the plea and judgment of
sentence and the case shall proceed in accordance with Pa. R.
Crim. P. 547, as though the defendant had been held for court.
Judgment on a plea of guilty entered under Pa. R. Crim. P. 550
must be certified to the clerk of court of the judicial district thirty (30)
days after acceptance of the guilty plea and the imposition of
sentence.
De conformidad con lo establecido en el art. 550 de Pa. R. Crim.
P., tras declararse culpable, el acusado tendrá un el plazo de
treinta (30) días contados a partir de la condena para cambiar su
declaración y declararse no culpable, a cuyo efecto deberá notificar
el cambio por escrito a la autoridad de distrito. En dicho caso, la
autoridad revocará la declaración y la condena y la causa
procederá según lo dispuesto en el art. 547 Pa. R. Crim. , como si
se hubiera elevado al tribunal de primera instancia.
Toda sentencia dictada tras la declaración de culpabilidad prevista
en dicho art. 550 de Pa. R. Crim. P. deberá certificarse ante el
secretario del distrito judicial en un plazo de treinta (30) días
contados a partir de la aceptación de la declaración y la condena.
