      1. La intimidación de un testigo constituye un 
delito grave por el cual usted podría ser arrestado. 

      2. Puede ser procesado por la corte por    
desacato. 
 

       3. Estas penas pueden ser impuestas tanto si la 
violación mencionada fue cometida por usted 
personalmente, como el hecho de ser la causa de la
