Termination of Inactive Cases Reporting Form
In accordance with Pa.R.C.P. 230.2, please report the proceedings to terminate civil cases in which there has been no activity of
record for two years or more on the following form.
Completed forms must be submitted at least once annually, no later than December 31.

Do not include settlements, dismissals, withdrawals or other results of the notice to

Civil and/or Family Court report(s) as, "Administrative Purge."
