ORDER
And Now, To Wit, this 1st day of May, 2020 pursuant to 42 Pa.C.S.A. ยง 1125, this
Court finds that an emergency exists relating to our Arraignment Court Magistrates whereby three
ACM vacancies currently exist, the result of which may disrupt necessary and essential services
for the orderly administration of Municipal Court operations as well as potential prejudice to the
public at large. Accordingly, the Court is appointing the following qualified attorneys who are
present court employees to act as substitute Arraignment Court Magistrates until further Order of
the Court.
Further authority is vested in the Court to appoint qualified substitute Arraignment Court
Magistrates at Phila. M.C.R. Crim.P. A.C., Sec. 1.00
The following two attorneys are hereby appointed, forthwith, as substitute Arraignment
Court Magistrates:
