Miscellaneous:

A.

All Common Pleas Judges shall have the authority to

limit the amount of persons present at any one time in their

courtrooms subject to state and federal constitutional rights.

B.

All Magisterial District Judges shall have the authority to

limit the amount of persons present at any one time in their

courtrooms subject to state and federal constitutional rights.

Furthermore, all Magisterial District Judges shall have the

authority to limit the amount of persons present at any one

time

in

their buildings

subject

to state

and federal

constitutional rights.
