Court’s Order of May 27, 2020 authorizes president judges to continue

exercising emergency powers pursuant

to Rule

1 952(B)(2) and in

accordance with

this

authorization

and

this Court’s

previous

Administrative Order of May 29, 2020 and the Amended Order of June 1,

2020, IT IS THE ORDER OF COURT as follows:

1.

The Mercer County Court of Common Pleas will continue to

exercise said emergency powers through September 30, 2020, unless

extended under further Order of Court,
