a. There is good cause for the order of income withholding not to take effect immediately as follows.

1)  It is in the best interest of the child for immediate income withholding not to take effect for the following reasons:

2) Proof of timely payment of previously-ordered support has been provided.

b. The parties have entered into a written agreement that has been reviewed and entered in the record as follows.

1) The order of income withholding shall not take effect immediately.
2) An alternative payment arrangement has been agreed upon and is attached.

3. Both the payer and the recipient of support will notify the friend of the court, in writing, within 21 days of any change in

a. the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of their current sources of income;
b. any health-care coverage that is available to them as a benefit of employment or that is maintained by them, the names of the
insurance companies, health-care organizations, or health-maintenance organizations; the policy, certificate, or contract
numbers; and the names and birth dates of the persons for whose benefit they maintain health-care coverage under the
policies, certificates, or contracts; and

c. their current residencea, mailing addresses, and telephone numbers.

IT IS ORDERED:

4. Income withholding shall not take effect immediately.
5. Income withholding shall take effect if the fixed amount of arrearage is reached, as specified in law.
