• Chapter 65 of the Acts of 2020, “An Act Providing for a Moratorium on Evictions and Foreclosures During The COVID-

19 Emergency,” including any lawful extensions thereof;

Section 4022 of the federal CARES Act, Public L. No. 116-136, 134 Stat. 281 (Mar. 27, 2020), including any lawful
extensions thereof; and

any state or federal executive or administrative orders, notices, or letters imposing a foreclosure moratorium, including
any lawful extensions thereof.

 Not a residential property within the meaning of Chapter 65 of the Acts of 2020, and section 35B of said chapter 244

 Vacant or abandoned within the meaning of Chapter 65 of the Acts of 2020, and section 4022 of the federal CARES
