exemption on the money from the sale. The purpose is NOT to decide if you owe the debts. That has already been 
decided. 
You are not required to bring an attorney with you to the hearing. For your own protection, you may want to ask an 
attorney for advice right away.

If  you  do  not  own  this  home,  this  notice  is  not  for  you.  PLEASE  GIVE  THIS  NOTICE  TO  YOUR  LANDLORD
