Use this form if someone has asked for a  restraining order against you, and 
you want to respond in writing. If you have a lawyer in this case, the lawyer 
should fill out this form. You will need a copy of the form JV-258, Request 
for Juvenile Restraining Order Against a Child, that was filled out by the 
person who asked for a restraining order against you. There is no cost to file 
this form with the court.
