        Violated  a  rule  promulgated  by  the  Supreme  Court  of  Alabama,  in  accordance  with  Section  

         15-13-100, et seq., Ala. Code 1975;  

        Failed to submit subpoenaed documents, pursuant to Section 15-13-163, Ala. Code 1975;  

        Failed to answer truthfully all relevant questions asked by the court or  

        Has outstanding and unpaid final forfeitures anywhere or in any court in the State of Alabama.  

                   For  the  reason(s)  indicated  above,  this  court  hereby  revokes  or  withholds  authorization  of  the 

professional  surety  company  or  professional  bail  company  to  conduct  business  in  any  circuit,  district, 

or  municipal court in this circuit.
