or  herself  or  to  others  by  being  at  large  and  custody  and  care  by  the  Department  of  Mental  Health    (or other institution) is

__________________________  to  determine  whether  the  defendant  is  now  competent  for  the  crime(s)  charged  and/or 

may be released from custodial confinement.
