Comes now the district attorney of the________ Judicial Circuit and respectfully moves this court
to schedule a hearing at the earliest available opportunity to reevaluate the defendant’s competency for

The district attorney has reasonable cause to believe that the defendant who has been released
pursuant to (cid:133) Rule 11.6(c)(2)(I) or (cid:133) 11.6(c)(3)(ii) has been restored to competency prior to the
