the following reasons.  

       The district attorney has reasonable cause to believe that the defendant who has been released 

pursuant  to  (cid:133)  Rule  11.6(c)(2)(I)  or  (cid:133)  11.6(c)(3)(ii)  has  been  restored  to  competency  prior  to  the 

scheduled hearing for periodic review. The facts supporting the district attorney’s belief that defendant 

is competent are as follows.
